I built this
agency because
I am the customer.
The short version
Before WorkFlow AI, I ran (and still run) a Christmas-lights service business called Seasonal Services. Every October I was losing leads because I was on a ladder instead of on the phone.
I spent one off-season mapping every workflow in that business, scoring them, and building automations for the three biggest leaks. Not because I wanted to start an agency. Because I was tired of being my own IT department at 11 PM on a Wednesday.
When other home-services owners started asking what I was running, I realized the thing I’d built for myself was the product. Every home-services SMB has the same problems. Most agencies won’t touch them because the deals are too small. We only want these deals.
The audit you book is the same audit I ran on Seasonal Services. The automations we build are the ones I’m running in my own business right now. When the Q4 2026 Christmas-light season closes, I'll publish the before/after numbers. Whether they're good or not.
Four principles we don’t break.
- 01
Start with the map, not the product.
Every agency in this space wants to sell you a chatbot. We start by drawing your business on paper and finding where the dollars leak out — which is almost never where the chatbot goes.
- 02
If we can’t pay it back in six months, we don’t build it.
Six-month payback is our threshold. If an automation’s ROI horizon is longer than that, we tell you and we don’t sell it. Even if you want it. Especially if you want it.
- 03
You own the work. We own the upkeep.
Every automation we ship comes with plain-English documentation your office manager could read without a technical degree. The work is yours. The monitoring, the fixes, the new builds when we see opportunities — that's our half of the partnership. Cancel us anytime and everything we built keeps running.
- 04
We eat our own cooking.
Every automation we recommend has either been built in our own Christmas-lights business (Seasonal Services) or has been shipped for a client and measured. Nothing is theoretical.
Your next job is waiting
in a missed voicemail.
Start with a 15-minute alignment call. If we're a fit, we schedule the 90-minute audit together. A week later, you have a written plan in your inbox. No pitch either way.
