The short version
Before WorkFlow AI, the two of us ran (and still run) a Christmas-lights service business together called Seasonal Services. Every October we were losing leads, because we were out doing the work instead of sitting by the phone.
We spent one off-season mapping every workflow in that business, scoring them, and building automations for the three biggest leaks. Not because we wanted to start an agency. Because we were tired of being our own IT department at 11 PM on a Wednesday.
When other owners started asking what we were running, we realized the thing we’d built for ourselves was the product. Almost every small business has the same problems. Most agencies won’t touch them because the deals are too small. We only want these deals.
The audit you book is the same audit we ran on Seasonal Services. The automations we build are the ones running in our own business right now. When the Q4 2026 Christmas-light season closes, we'll publish the before/after numbers. Whether they're good or not.
