Short version: we only collect what we need to answer your audit request, we don’t share it, and we don’t sell it. Long version below.
What we collect
When you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, we receive: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your answer to the optional question on the booking form. That’s it.
When you load any page of this site, our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) records anonymous information about the visit: page path, approximate region, referrer, device type. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run any third-party advertising pixels.
How we use it
Booking data is used to prepare for your audit call and to follow up afterward. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are working and which aren’t. Neither is used for advertising, resold, or shared with third parties.
Who sees it
Only WorkFlow AI. The only third parties involved are: Google (who runs the booking calendar and the video call), our email provider (for replies), and Vercel (who hosts this site and records anonymous analytics). None of them see your intake answers for any purpose other than delivering their service to us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, or delete it entirely, at any time. Email contact@workflwai.com and we’ll turn it around within 7 days.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you have opted in to receive text messages from WorkFlow AI (our WorkFlow AI Internal Alerts program), the following applies.
No sharing of mobile numbers or opt-in data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers are never sold. We use your mobile number only to deliver the operational and account notifications you signed up for.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you or your organization have enabled. Message and data rates may apply, as billed by your mobile carrier.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Full program terms are at workflwai.com/sms.
Data retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal data.
