Ninety minutes is a big ask before we've said hello. This 15-minute call sorts fit both ways — your business for us, us for you — and lines up everything we need to make the audit worth your time.

Phase 02 · MAP
90 minutes

We map your business live.

Not a template. Not a 40-page discovery deck. A real-time walk-through of how you actually operate, drawn on a shared canvas while we talk.

You bring

  • You (the owner)
  • Whoever runs your office / dispatch, if that isn’t you
  • Your intake channels: forms, phone, text, walk-ins

We do

  • Follow a lead from first touch to paid invoice
  • Flag every handoff, every system, every manual step
  • Note where data drops, duplicates, or disappears

A visual workflow map of your entire operation, emailed within 24 hours.

Phase 03 · AUDIT
3–5 business days

We score every workflow on three axes.

No opinions, no feelings — numbers. Hours it costs you per month, revenue it leaks per month, how hard it is to automate with tools that exist today.

You bring

  • Nothing. This is our work.

We do

  • Score hours-per-month for each workflow
  • Estimate revenue leak where measurable (missed leads, lost reviews, unfollowed-up quotes)

Phase 04 · PLAN
1 week end-to-end

You get a written plan. Yours to keep.

Top three automations, recommended in order. Each with a build cost, a monthly savings estimate, and honest tradeoffs. Build them with us, with someone else, or sit on the plan for six months. Your call.

Phase 05 · BUILD & RUN
2–4 weeks to launch · then ongoing

We build it. Then we run it with you.

The build is the on-ramp, not the finish line. Every engagement ends in a live partnership — we monitor the automations, tweak them as your business changes, build new ones when we see opportunities, and sit down with you quarterly to evaluate new AI tools. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. You own the work; we own the upkeep.

You bring

  • Access to the tools we’re automating into (API keys, user seats)
  • 30 minutes a week to review progress during the build
  • One 60-minute strategy call per quarter after launch

We do

  • Build in n8n, Make, or Zapier — whatever fits the job
